About the Role

We are looking for an IoT Technical Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot IoT devices and connectivity issues, and ensure an exceptional customer support experience. If you have strong technical expertise and enjoy solving customer challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and IoT device connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support for IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and cloud-based solutions.
- Guide customers on product features, functionality, and best practices.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams when required.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and customer experience.




- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to support product improvements.
- Stay updated on new product features, industry trends, and emerging IoT technologies.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and customer support skills.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer support, preferably in the IoT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IoT technologies and protocols such as MQTT, MODBUS RTU, LTE Modules, and Wi-Fi .
- Experience troubleshooting IoT hardware, software, sensors, gateways, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM software and customer support tools is an added advantage.
