Currently operating in 7 centers and with plans to expand to 30+ locations in India and the UAE, we are committed to building cricket communities that inspire a passion for the game.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Cricket Coach Cum Sales Executive. The role involves coaching players of various age groups, developing tailored training programs, and fostering a passion for cricket.



You will also assist with organizing and running indoor leagues or tournaments and provide consultations and equipment solutions to customers, helping to drive sales and build relationships. Additionally, your role will include mentoring students or corporate teams, implementing sales strategies, and contributing to the growth of the academy's operations.QualificationsCricket Coaching and playing experience to mentor aspiring players of different skill levelsCoaching and Training expertise to design, deliver, and evaluate skill development programsStrong Communication skills to effectively engage with players, parents, and prospective customersKnowledge of sales strategies, client relationship management, and a keen ability to promote servicesA passion for cricket and fostering talent, with a commitment to delivering exceptional training experiencesRelevant certifications or prior coaching experience will be an advantageAbility to work collaboratively in a team and comfortably in an on-site settingSalary20K to 35KMonday Fix Off6 Days Working1 Pm to 10 Pm Shift
