As a trusted Zoho partner, Workfigure supports organizations in process automation and comprehensive business transformation.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Zoho Project Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Zoho Project Manager will oversee end-to-end implementation of Zoho ERP solutions, including CRM, Books, Creator, and related automation projects. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, planning project timelines, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful delivery. The role involves working closely with clients to configure and customize Zoho applications, managing change requests, and ensuring seamless integrations with existing systems.



The Zoho Project Manager will also prepare documentation, conduct user training, provide post-implementation support, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve project delivery standards.Qualifications Project coordination and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor Zoho implementation projects.Expeditor and Expediting experience to follow up on tasks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion of project activities.Inspection skills to review configurations, validate data, and ensure quality and compliance with client requirements.Logistics Management capabilities to organize resources, schedules, and cross-functional activities for smooth project delivery.Hands-on experience with Zoho applications (e.g., CRM, Books, Creator) and understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
