Company Profile in Detail :

Our Client is a Germany based company involved into manufacturing of Automobiles accessories, Construction Chemicals, Anchor and Fasteners and selling across the globe. Anchors and Fasteners produced, are technically qualified by the stipulated standards and used through the specification from the consultants. The purpose of the position is to identify, analyse the usage of the anchors and specify them at the Structural Consultant and Architects, Contractor, Faade, MEP Consultants .The person will also manage existing Dealer network & plan recent expansion. Job profile would be mixed experience of project and dealer management

Location: Bangalore

1. Dashboard Development & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards for the Finance Manager/Director, including:

- DSO & AR collections dashboard
- AP cycle time dashboard
- Cost centre/expense insights dashboard
- Revenue, margin, and pricing dashboards
- Control dashboards (reconciliations, exceptions)
- Forecast vs. Actual performance views
- Treasury/cashflow dashboards
- 2. Business & Financial Analysis
- Support the Finance Manager on:
- o Forecasting & budgeting
- o Variance analysis
- o Trend analytics
- o Scenario building
- o Strategic insights
- Data modelling for pricing, margin improvement, and business planning.
- 3. Intercompany Billing and Reconciliation
- Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for Intercompany (IC) IT billing.




- Coordinate with global counterparts for:
- o Intercompany billing requirements
- o Data exchange for cross-entity transactions
- o Monthly IC schedules and confirmations
- o Handling queries related to IC pricing, allocations, mark-ups, and costsharing arrangements
- Maintain accurate IC reconciliations by:
- o Tracking open items
- o Ensuring timely matching of invoices and credit notes
- o Monitoring settlement of IC balances
- Support the global finance team by building a standardised reporting
- framework for:
- o IC reporting packs
- o Monthly templates
- 4. Digital Transformation & Automation
- Lead finance digitalisation initiatives across AP, AR, FP&A;, Treasury and Controllership.
- Automate manual processes using:
- o Advanced Excel
- o Power BI
- o Power Query / Power Pivot
- o Power Automate
- o Macros (VBA)
- Develop workflow improvements without impacting existing functional
- responsibilities of AP/AR/Compliance.
- 4. FinanceIT Integration
- Serve as the main SPOC from Finance team:
- SAP/ERP design improvements
- Data architecture inputs
- Reporting enhancements
- Automation tools rollout
- Ensure business requirements are translated correctly without disturbing operational
- finance workflows.

5. Internal Process Documentation & Standardisation

- Build documented SOPs for dashboards, analytical models, and automated

reports.

Create data dictionaries and mapping files for analytics.

- Standardise reporting templates across the finance function.
