Your key responsibilities

- Marketing Programs and Events
- Plan and execute proprietary and sponsored events, roundtables, conferences, webinars, client engagements, and industry forums.
- Coordinate with partners, industry bodies, media organizations, venues, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Manage event logistics, sponsorship deliverables, branding requirements, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Support the development of annual and quarterly event calendars aligned to business priorities. Sponsorship and Industry Engagement Management
- Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and prepare business cases outlining strategic alignment, expected outcomes, and ROI.
- Manage relationships with industry associations, event organizers, and external partners.
- Track sponsorship deliverables and ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled.
- Coordinate lead capture, networking opportunities, and post-event engagement plans. Marketing Operations and Governance
- Drive compliance with internal marketing approval processes, budget governance requirements, and delegation of authority protocols.
- Monitor marketing budgets, vendor payments, invoicing, and campaign expenditure tracking.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and performance reporting. Campaign and Content Support
- Support execution of digital campaigns, thought leadership promotions, solution marketing initiatives, and brand-building activities.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and digital teams to develop communication collateral and marketing assets.
- Assist in campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimization. Finance protocols
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenditure across events, sponsorships, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.




- Ensure adherence to internal financial, procurement, and approval protocols, including compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) requirements and marketing governance processes.
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to facilitate approvals, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoicing, and timely payment processing.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for marketing investments, sponsorships, and vendor engagements to support compliance requirements.
- Monitor budget utilization and provide regular reporting on spend, commitments, and return on investment for marketing initiatives.
- Support risk mitigation by ensuring all marketing activities comply with firm policies, financial controls, contractual obligations, and governance standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivery. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational and compliance challenges. Events-centric approach with a strong commitment to quality and execution excellence.
