Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the generator or power solutions industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and visit potential customers in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

- Promote and sell diesel generators (DG sets), AMCs, and related services.

- Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, and online platforms.

- Prepare and present quotations to customers based on their power requirements.

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for repeat business and AMC renewals.

- Coordinate with service and installation teams for smooth order fulfilment.

- Maintain sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:





- Experience : 2 to 4 years in Sales, preferably in the Generator or Power industry.

- Education : Graduate/ Post Graduate (Engineering/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic technical knowledge of diesel generators and power backup systems.

- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.

- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory .

- Good local network and knowledge of the Pune market.

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
