Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using React and Java-based backend technologies
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (LLM-based tooling) to improve productivity and code quality
- Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities and promote an AI-first mindset
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, DevOps, and product owners
- Contribute to architecture discussions and implement scalable design patterns
- Ensure adherence to Corporate IT standards, coding practices, and security guidelines
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization
- Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution

Preferred candidate profile

Your Expertise Technical Skills Primary (Full Stack Development)

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript
- Solid backend development experience using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices architectures




- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)
- Familiarity with databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in Git-based version control systems (GitLab preferred)
- Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON

Engineering Practices

- Solid understanding of clean code, refactoring, and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to to shift-left testing and quality engineering mindset

- 5+ years of experience in frontend/full-stack development
