Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3-4 years specifically in release or change management
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Release, Change, and Deployment Management
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Experience managing mobile app release cycles (iOS/Android), including app store submission and compliance requirements
- Strong Jira expertise managing release/demand tickets, workflows, boards, and reporting
- Experience managing releases across complex, multi-vendor telecom or enterprise environments (ERP, CRM, billing/mediation systems preferred)
- Proficiency with release/change management tools -Jira
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams
- Solid analytical and risk-assessment capabilities

Preferred

- Prior experience in telecom operators or similarly regulated environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices beyond Jenkins (e.g., GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
