- Manage bulk hiring processes for retail assets, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct volume hiring campaigns across multiple locations, maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Manage daily and weekly reports and update stakeholders on hiring progress.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in banking and financial industry.
- Candidates having understanding of Retail Assets will be preferred.
- Proven track record of successful bulk hiring management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
