Join our team as a Technical Resolution Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing Kyndryl s complex, high-traffic internet site communications and network-based product systems. As a Technical Resolution Specialist, youll be the engineer of scalable local and wide-area network solutions, bridging multiple platforms and protocols, including IP and VOIP. Your mission is to ensure seamless system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and orchestrate the installation of vital components such as routers and switches in collaboration with our trusted vendors. But thats not all - youll also be at the forefront of innovation, developing tools to automate network system deployment, administration, and monitoring, while actively participating in project planning and implementation.

- Traffic segmentation (Corporate / Internet / Voice)
- Policy-based routing
- Split tunneling
- Ensure seamless integration with cloud (AWS/Azure)
- LAN / Core / Access Networking
- Manage enterprise Core-Access architecture (Cisco)
- Vlans, STP, LACP, VTP
- Switch stacking and redundancy
- Ensure high availability across ship networks
- Wireless Infrastructure
- Manage Cisco WLC (AireOS / Catalyst 9800)
- Maintain optimal RF conditions:
- Noise / interference analysis
- Coverage optimization
- Troubleshoot client connectivity issues onboard ships
- Security & Firewall Ecosystem (Fortinet)
- Operate and manage:
- FortiGate Firewalls (VDOM segmentation)
- FortiManager (central policy management)
- FortiAnalyzer (log & analytics)
- FortiClient EMS
- Configure: Security policies & NAT and VPNs (IPSec / SSL)
- Maintain segmentation:
- Corporate / Internet / OT / 3rd Party
- Identity & Access Control
- Manage Cisco ISE for:
- Network access control (802.1X)
- Authentication / authorization
- Integrate with: Wired and wireless networks & Active Directory
- Cloud Networking (AWS & Azure)
- Design and support hybrid cloud connectivity
- Manage:
- Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, Private DNS)
- AWS networking (VPCs, Route 53, security groups)
