(AI Specialist, Japan HRSS Operations)

About the Role

We are building AI capabilities to enhance Japan HR operations. We are looking for an AI Expert who can explore and identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve HR workflows. This role will be based in India and will work closely with Japan HRSS Teams. The individual will partner with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, and design AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Japan HR stakeholders to understand existing workflows and operational challenges
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can create measurable value
- Design and propose practical AI solutions aligned to business needs
- Build and implement solutions using proven AI tools and technologies
- Test, refine, and deploy solutions into production environments
- Document solutions, processes,



and use cases clearly
- Train and enable the Japan HR team on adoption and usage of AI solutions

Required Skills Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions in production environments
- Ability to demonstrate real-world use cases and implementations
- Strong proficiency with LLMs (such as GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with API integration and automation tools
- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into AI use cases
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify creative AI applications
- Comfortable with experimentation, prototyping, and iterative development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
