Key Responsibilities Integrate PLC| SCADA| and MES systems across multiple vendors Define and implement OPC UA architecture| including NodeSet generation and validation Ensure alignment with data standards| naming conventions| and templates Coordinate with vendors for PLC tags| telemetry data| alarms| and events Support end-to-end data flow (PLC SCADA MES) Validate PLC tag lists| SCADA data models| telemetry| and alarms Troubleshoot integration and communication issues Support FAT| SAT| and commissioning activities
Essential Skills: Technical Skills PLC systems (Siemens Mitsubishi Beckhoff) SCADA systems (Ignition) MES integration concepts Industrial communication protocols (OPC UA| TCPIP| Profinet) Data standardization (ISA-95 preferred)Preferred Experience Experience in multi-vendor environments Exposure to battery manufacturing or process industry Knowledge of IEC 81346| ISA S5.1 standardsExperience Level Minimum 5 years in automationintegration roles Preferred 710 years in ITOT or system integration projects
