Role & responsibilities

- 2+ years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry only
- Handle end-to-end leadership hiring across the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Manage candidate and client coordination from requirement understanding to interview and offer closure.
- Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Ensure hiring within defined TATs and quality expectations.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
