- Conduct induction and clinical training programs for nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing education and training modules.
- Conduct skill assessments and competency evaluations.
- Identify training needs and plan appropriate educational programs.
- Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and nursing standards.
- Coordinate BLS, infection control, patient safety, and other clinical training.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and competency documentation.
- Support continuous career development of nursing staff.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant clinical/nursing experience, preferably with teaching or training experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- Good presentation and training skills.
- Hospital experience preferred.
