Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee concrete technology and waterproofing processes to ensure high-quality results.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection protocols for compliance with industry standards.
- Plan and sequence construction activities to meet project timelines.
- Prepare technical reports and contract documentation for successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure RCC and structural steel construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and quality control measures.

Job Requirements :

- Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish, focusing on quality and efficiency.
- Knowledge of concrete technology, waterproofing, and QA/QC procedures is desirable.
- Familiarity with construction planning, sequencing, and technical reporting is preferred.
- Understanding of RCC and structural steel construction principles is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
