Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for employees in EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with HR team to resolve employee queries related to payroll processing.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training sessions on payroll procedures to new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in UK payroll processing, preferably in an IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using various software applications.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
