Roles and Responsibilities :
The individual will be responsible for managing Omni-Channel Sales, focusing on the online-to-offline customer journey.
He/She will drive sales from online leads and performance across retail stores specific to leads generated for them
Key responsibilities include training Lead Champions at retail stores, onboarding and training sales teams for recent stores, and participating in regional retail activities and events
The role will also involve complete ownership of Online Lead Management for the region, ensuring optimal lead utilization and higher conversion rates to drive sales growth
The position will be based out of the Pune Regional Office; however, it requires regular travel across all stores within the assigned territory.
