L&T; Technology Services (LTTS) is looking for an experienced Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in the design and development of power electronic systems, including AC-DC converters, DC-DC converters, motor drives, and inverter systems.

Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop power electronic hardware solutions for industrial, automotive, aerospace, or energy applications.
- Design and implement AC-DC converters, DC-DC converters, and Motor Inverters.
- Select and validate switching devices, gate drivers, modulation techniques, and filter circuits.
- Perform circuit analysis, design verification, validation,



and qualification testing.
- Conduct FMEA, Stress Analysis, Derating Analysis, Worst-Case Analysis, and Tolerance Analysis.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Integrate power electronic subsystems with larger electrical systems and ensure system compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support certification and compliance activities as per applicable industry standards.
