Icon Turnkey Ventures LLP is an industrial and commercial construction company specializing in turnkey project execution, including Civil, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) works for industrial, institutional, and commercial facilities.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Jr/Sr Civil Engineer with 2 to 12 years of experience to support in office project execution. The candidate will assist in managing daily site operations, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with various teams for smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress and report daily updates to seniors
- Assist in quantity take-offs, estimation, and BOQ preparation
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms
- Maintain site records, DPRs, and documentation
- Support in billing measurements and material reconciliation
- Assist in planning and scheduling of site activities
- Key responsibilities shall change as per the Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager roles,
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on approach and willingness to work on-site
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2 to12 years of experience in construction/site execution
- Experience in industrial or commercial & Industrial projects to be preferred PEB experience

- Accurate site reporting and documentation
