SR. ARCHITECT

1) Design & Planning

Develop & review architectural concepts, layouts, elevations, sections & detailed drawings.

Ensure designs meet project requirements, applicable codes, regulations & client expectations.

2) Design & Documentation

Review & approve architectural working drawings, specifications & schedules before execution.

3) Site Coordination

Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction follows approved drawings & specifications.

Resolve architectural issues arising during construction.

Provide clarification/RFI responses to the PMC/contractor/site team.

4) Approvals & Statutory Compliance –

Ensure architectural works comply with applicable development control regulations, NBC, local authority requirements, and project specifications.

5) Client Coordination –

Attend client meetings and present design/progress matters.

Maintain proper records of design decisions and approvals.
