We are looking for a Stockist Cum Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, handling inventory movements, recording purchase and sales transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, transferred, and returned.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of required items.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain stock registers, inventory reports, and related documentation.

Record purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, and other accounting transactions.

Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing.

Handle cash,



petty cash, and daily expense records where required.

Assist with bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and outstanding statements.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries, invoices, and discrepancies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and accounting reports.

Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, receipts, and stock documents.

Support the Accounts team during audits and monthly closing.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting controls.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
