Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospital positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Recruit for Staff Nurses, Doctors, RMOs, Technicians, Pharmacists, Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, and other hospital roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Generate offer letters and maintain recruitment MIS.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 25 years of recruitment experience in Hospitals or Healthcare.
- Positive understanding of healthcare hiring.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
