The Workday Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs within the Workday platform. This role will involve collaborating with HR and benefits teams to ensure accurate setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of benefit plans in Workday. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Workday configuration and a thorough understanding of employee benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain benefit plans, including health,retirement, and other voluntary benefits, in the Workday system.
- Partner with HR and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits.
- Provide support for benefit-related inquiries and issue resolution, including troubleshooting system errors and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements and updates related to advantages administration.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials,



and standard operating procedures for benefit processes in Workday.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to employee benefits administration and Workday functionality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in Workday benefits configuration.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM, including experience with benefit plan setup, eligibility rules, and integration with payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
