Role: Assistant General Manager (FMCG) at AFRICAN COUNTRY
Responsibilities : To oversee the entire operations of a factory from administration to accounts, from purchase to sales, from production to logistics.
The primary responsibility would be - sales and marketing, to drive the business of the factory, ensure costs are reduced and profits are achieved.
Preferred candidate profile
A Graduate with minimum 10 - 12years experience in sales
Minimum of 8years experience in leadership/managerial position
Handled sales team, both direct sales and B2B sales experience
Preferably from FMCG background
Good communication skills, English language is a must
A person with valuable attitude, leadership traits and compassionate towards handling people.
