We are Hiring: Academic Counsellor / Career Advisor

Location: Noida Sector 1 Full-Time | On-Site

Annual CTC: Up to 25 LPA (Based on Experience)

We are looking for passionate and target-driven Academic Counsellors to guide aspiring cybersecurity professionals in choosing the right certification and career path. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their learning goals, and converting inquiries into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective learners via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity certification programs.

Convert leads into successful enrolments through effective counselling and follow-ups.Build strong relationships with students and maintain long-term engagement.Generate leads through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,



etc.Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.Stay updated with cybersecurity industry trends and certification demands.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ Years to 15+ Years

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Solid communication and convincing skills.

Experience in Academic Counselling / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales preferred.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.

Ability to build rapport with students and working professionals.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of cybersecurity courses/certifications is a plus.
