Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Apple MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions using Jamf Pro, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot.
- Analyze business requirements to design and implement mobile device management strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to mobile devices, applications, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Robust knowledge of Apple's Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions including Jamf Pro, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot.
- Experience with Mac OS X administration tools such as Jamf Pro or similar products.
