We are looking for an experienced and honest Civil Supervisor who can handle complete building maintenance including Civil Work, Gardening, AC maintenance, Electrical & Electrician work.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Complete building maintenance and upkeep on a time-to-time basis.

Supervision of civil work, repair and renovation.

Monitoring of gardening and landscaping work.

Handling of all AC related maintenance - servicing, repair coordination with vendors.

Handling electrical work and managing electricians.Vendor management and negotiating for maintenance work.

Daily site inspection and ensuring safety and cleanliness of premises.Reporting to management on maintenance status.

Requirements & Skills:Minimum 3-5 years experience in building/facility maintenance as Civil Supervisor.Complete knowledge of Civil, Electrical, AC, and Gardening work.Must be residing in Noida / nearby location.
