- Manage the costing process for electronic components, including PCBs, connectors, switches, and wiring harnesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze data to optimize production costs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Job Requirements :
- 10-30 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of chargers, switching systems, and wiring harness design principles.
- Proficiency in working with PCBs (printed circuit boards) and connectors.
