Position: Quality Engineer

Experience: 2+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering | Plastic Engineering

Industry: Plastic / Rubber / Automotive Components

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in quality inspection, testing, moulding processes, and manufacturing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of plastic/rubber components.
- Conduct dimensional, visual and functional inspection as per drawings and specifications.
- Handle quality testing and prepare inspection/test reports.
- Identify defects and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Monitor and improve Injection Moulding / Rubber Moulding processes.
- Coordinate with production, tool room and development teams for quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints,



rejection analysis and corrective action reports.
- Maintain quality records, inspection standards and process documentation.
- Must be capable of preparing documents APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, CAPA and related quality activities.

Preferred Experience:

- Plastic / Rubber Component Manufacturing
- Injection Moulding
- Rubber Compression Moulding
- Moulding Tool & Die
- Moulding Process & Troubleshooting
- Quality Inspection & Testing
- Automotive component industry experience will be preferred.
