Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Mining Engineer with strong field knowledge in Drill & Blast operations to support mining software implementation, blast optimization, technical client engagement, and mining research initiatives.

The selected candidate will work closely with mine site teams and our technical division to improve drill and blast operations using advanced digital mining solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support drill and blast operations at client mining sites.
- Prepare and optimize blast designs for open cast mining operations.
- Coordinate with site teams to improve drilling and blasting performance.




- Collect and analyze site data for fragmentation analysis, blast performance review, and optimization.
- Support mining software implementation and assist clients in adopting digital mining solutions.
- Participate in technical presentations, client demonstrations, and implementation projects.
- Work closely with internal teams on Mining R&D; projects, including drilling optimization, blast improvement, and mining digitization.
- Support innovative initiatives involving AI/ML-based mining platforms and mining technology enhancement.
- Travel to mining sites across India and overseas for project implementation, client support, and training.
- Provide technical feedback for product enhancement based on mine site requirements and field observations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mining Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Open Cast Drill & Blast operations
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- Blast Design
- Drilling Operations
- Fragmentation Analysis
- Vibration Analysis
- Mining Operations





- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with site teams and senior mining professionals
- Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere as per project requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidate should have a personal laptop
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

- Interest in Mining Software and Mining Digitization
- Understanding of mine optimization techniques
- Exposure to technical implementation projects
- Interest in AI/ML and IoT applications in mining
- Familiarity with mine planning software will be an advantage, but is not mandatory
