Responsibilites:

- Understanding departmental requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor post process understanding.
- Shadowing senior staff members, observing process, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible to add value in process.
- Raising concerns & making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
- Conducting self -research and observing Environmental, health & safety regulations always.
- Participating in departmental meetings and attending workshops & other training initiatives.




- Taking meeting notes & sharing findings with your supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.

Skills required:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Automobile)
- Batch: 2026
- Minimum Marks: 55% and above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- Backlogs: No active backlogs
- Age: Up to 23 years
