About the Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programmes and admission processes.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend appropriate programmes.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling interactions and admission status.
- Achieve assigned admission/conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal academic, operations and student support teams.
- Provide timely assistance to students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and student engagement.
- Ensure regular follow-ups on pending applications and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Prior experience in admissions,
counselling, inside sales, student support, education or EdTech will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
- Solid interpersonal, convincing and counselling skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced education environment.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
