How can you make an Impact

- Oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project.
- Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding unit/project pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications through site visits, while addressing customer inquiries via telephone and email within stipulated timeframes.




- Collaborate with back-office, legal, and accounts departments to streamline documentation processes and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Administer existing payment collections and ensure their timely execution.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective and current clients to foster referrals and achieve sales objectives.
- Consistently update client and sales data on the Salesforce platform daily.

What are we looking for

- Passionate about Sales, self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with 0-4 years of work experience.
- High on integrity, energy enthusiasm.
- Passionate about adding value and creating high impact.
- Measure success by achieving both customer delight and consistently achieving numbers.
- Highly intellectual and positive at objection handling.
