Job Description:
- Own end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage hiring across multiple functions and work closely with internal hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines, trackers, and hiring metrics.
- Handle HR operations including onboarding, exits, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Support payroll inputs, employee queries, HR policies, engagement activities, and compliance.
- Assist with probation, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes
Role Split: 70% Recruitment | 30% HR Operations.
- Looking for someone with strong ownership, communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on recruitment experience.
