Salary
- Freshers: 21,000 Take Home + Shift Allowance + Performance Incentives
- Experienced: 26,000+ Take Home + Shift Allowance + Performance Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with account, payment, and transaction-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Update customer information accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
