Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in SAP MM and Procurement processes.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Experience with Fiori applications for procurement and inventory management.
- Experience with integration to SAP FI, SD, PP, QM, and Ariba.
- Robust documentation and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare

Key Responsibilities

- Business Process & Solution Design
- Lead requirement gathering and fit-to-standard/workshop sessions with business stakeholders.
- Analyze and design end-to-end procurement and inventory management processes.
- Recommend SAP best practices aligned with business requirements.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and solution specifications.
- SAP MM Configuration
- Configure SAP S/4HANA MM processes including:
- Procurement
- Purchase Requisitions
- RFQ and Quotations
- Purchase Orders
- Contracts and Scheduling Agreements
- Goods Receipts and Goods Issues
- Inventory Management




- Physical Inventory
- Valuation and Account Determination
- Release Strategies and Workflow
- Integration Management

Work closely with:

- SAP Ariba
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- SAP EWM
- SAP QM
- SAP FI/CO
- Define and validate integration requirements across modules.

Testing & Deployment

- Prepare and execute unit, integration, SIT, and UAT test scenarios.
- Support defect analysis and resolution during testing cycles.
- Assist in cutover planning and go-live activities.
- Provide hypercare support post go-live.

Data Migration & Reporting

- Support material master, vendor master, purchasing, and inventory data migration activities.
- Validate migrated data and ensure data quality.
- Support reporting and analytics requirements for procurement and inventory processes.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage business process owners and key users.
- Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops.
- Provide solution recommendations and process improvement ideas
