Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Java-based enterprise application development projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and overall project governance.
- Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as the primary technical and project interface for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams on Java architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor project health, resolve technical and delivery challenges, and proactively manage project risks.
- Review technical solutions, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, security guidelines, and coding best practices.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote continuous improvement in development and delivery processes.

- Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards to leadership and customers.





Required Skills and Experience:

- 8+ years of IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years as a Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager.
- Strong hands-on Java development experience before moving into project management.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Java applications from inception through production support.
- Experience managing distributed development teams.
- Experience working with US, UK, or global clients.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery excellence.
