Responsibilities
Supervise hostel students/residents and maintain discipline
Handle room allocation and attendance records
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of hostel premises
Coordinate with parents, management, and staff when needed
Handle emergencies and student concerns professionally
