Reporting, Task Management Market Intelligence

Responsibilities

- Maintain up-to-date records in Asana covering all client interactions, pipeline stages, follow-up tasks, and deal notes.
- Submit accurate weekly/monthly MIS reports pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue booked, and collection status.
- Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and regional market shifts; share actionable intelligence with leadership.
- Plan and execute territory coverage schedules efficiently to maximize client touchpoints.

Experience Track Record

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in technology products or services (web, mobile, digital marketing, SaaS, IT services, or similar).
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with measurable deal closures.
- Prior exposure to selling to SMBs, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, or manufacturing businesses is a robust advantage.
- Experience managing AR, collections follow-ups, invoicing processes, and credit terms negotiation.

Skills Competencies

- Outstanding verbal and written communication in Tamil and English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a bonus.
- Strong consultative selling skills ability to understand client problems and map them to Avanexas solutions.
- Confident presenter: comfortable conducting demos, delivering proposals, and leading commercial negotiations independently.
- High degree of self-motivation, ownership mindset,



and resilience in field sales environments.
- Proficiency with Asana for task and pipeline tracking; comfort with MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong market knowledge of Coimbatore, Salem, Erode, and The Nilgiris business ecosystems is preferred.

Logistics Availability

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region; valid driving license and personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred.
- Ability to operate independently in the field with minimal daily supervision.

Education

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage, not a barrier.

How Success Is Measured

- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets new business won vs. plan.
- Pipeline health active opportunities, conversion rate, average deal size, and deal velocity.
- Accounts Receivable DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within agreed thresholds.
- Renewal and upsell rate across managed accounts.
- Asana hygiene score completeness and accuracy of task records and pipeline notes.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) / client satisfaction feedback from your accounts.
