Newgen Technical ConsultantWe are looking for a Newgen Technical Consultant to work on implementation and customization projects involving OmniDocs, iBPS and related Newgen products.
What you will do
- Configure, customize and support Newgen solutions as part of client implementation projects.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver configured solutions, integrations and enhancements.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with client teams during project delivery.
- Travel to customer locations when required for project workshops, implementation or go-live support.
What we are looking for
- 4 to 20 years of overall development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Newgen products such as OmniDocs and/or iBPS.
- Experience working on implementation, configuration or customization projects.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in customer-facing project environments.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, including outside India when required.
Good to have
- Exposure to Java, APIs, integrations, databases, web technologies or workflow/BPM platforms.
- Experience in banking, financial services or other enterprise workflow/document-management implementations.
- Exposure to other ECM, BPM or low-code platforms.
