PROFILE : Customer care executive
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/ Graduate
- Positive communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
SALARY
- Fresher -16,500 in hand
- Experienced - 18,000 in hand
