Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore.

- Take ownership of the complete pre-production, production and post-production process.
- Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams and actively contribute to the development of content ideas, shoot concepts, storyboards, shot lists, camera movements, and production plans.
- Plan and execute high-quality photo and video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, tutorials, testimonials, events, and product showcases.
- Use a strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding to create content for digital platforms and social media.
- Ensure excellent framing, composition, lighting, camera settings, and audio quality across all shoots.
- Safely handle, manage, and maintain cameras, lighting, lenses,



and other production equipment to ensure smooth shoot execution.
- Work with third-party vendors and communicate with them clearly and professionally.
- Organize and maintain well-tagged photo and video assets for easy access and future use.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of professional photography and videography experience.
- Strong photography, videography, composition, framing, and camera-movement skills.
- Proven hands-on expertise with artificial lighting setup is mandatory.
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and production equipment.
- Strong video-editing and post-production skills.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects.
- Experience shooting D2C/e-commerce products and digital content.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, social media ads and website content.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography work is mandatory.
