Role Overview
We are hiring multiple FRESHERS across the following tracks:
• YouTube Monetization
• Quality Control
• Music Operations
This is a hands-on role for people who want real responsibility, strong execution, and exposure to music business operations at scale.
Key Responsibilities
YouTube Monetization
• Monitor YouTube channel performance and support day-to-day monetization operations.
• Assist with content upload hygiene, metadata accuracy, and publishing checks.
• Track revenue-related updates, claims, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of YouTube workflows.
• Support reporting and follow-ups across monetization tasks.
Quality Control
• Review audio and video assets for technical and content-level accuracy.
• Check metadata, filenames, artwork, and publishing readiness.
• Identify and flag QC issues before release.
• Maintain quality standards across catalog assets.
• Coordinate corrections with relevant internal teams to ensure clean delivery.
Music Operations
• Support catalog building and management and day-to-day operational workflows.
• Track task status, deadlines, and internal follow-ups.
• Assist in documentation, coordination, and process maintenance.
• Help ensure smooth communication between teams.
• Maintain operational discipline across music delivery and administration.(Memory)

• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, systems, and process-driven work.
• Interest in music operations, digital content, YouTube, or catalog management.
• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership.
• Not for students; we are looking for agile freshers ready to work professionally from day one.
