Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Trainee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, take care of B2B & B2C operations and driving company growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product assistance.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, retailers, and other business clients.
- Take care of stalls and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor inventory availability and ensure proper stock management at stalls and sales locations.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment and order fulfilment.
- Manage retail and bulk orders,



ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and payments.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
- Maintain basic records of sales, stock, orders, and customer requirements.
- Handle sales of products, merchandise, corporate orders, and bulk apparel requirements.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, Billing and events when required.

Requirements

- Fresher to Min 1 year experience
- Language : English is must
- Diploma/master's degree in MBA/PGDM
- Proven experience in B2C sales or corporate/wholesale apparel supply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Interest or understanding of functional/technical clothing is a plus.
