About Resollect
Resollect is a fast-growing B2B SaaS and execution platform for banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and ARCs, powering legal recovery and collections operations across India. We combine software with a pan-India execution network of lawyers, valuers, and field teams.
The Role
We're looking for a Finance Intern to support our finance function on the ground: bookkeeping, vendor payouts, receivables, and compliance groundwork. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager and get direct exposure to how finance runs in a fast-growing startup, reporting into the Founder (a CA himself). This is a hands-on role, not a shadowing gig. You'll be working with real numbers and real transaction volumes from day one.
What You'll Do
Assist with maintaining books of accounts in Tally/Zoho Books, including journal entries, ledgers, and basic reconciliations
Support raising client invoices and tracking receivables and AR follow-ups
Help process vendor payouts, including checking invoices, TDS application, and payment execution
Maintain vendor ledgers and payout trackers
Assist with GST return prep (GSTR-1, 3B) and reconciliations under guidance
Support TDS deduction and filing groundwork
Help with payroll compliance support (PF/PT/TDS)
Assist in preparing monthly MIS and reports
What We're Looking For
Pursuing or completed B.Com, pursuing or completed M.Com, or cleared CA Foundation/Inter (either group)
Comfortable with Excel; exposure to Tally/Zoho Books is a plus but not mandatory
Basic understanding of accounting concepts and genuine interest in GST/TDS compliance
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with repetitive high-volume data work
High ownership mindset; you don't wait to be told the next step
Nice to Have
Prior internship or articleship exposure in accounting/finance
Familiarity with startup or SME finance environments
Why Join
Work directly under a CA founder (AIR 2) and the Finance Manager
Real exposure to how a startup's finance function runs end to end, not siloed data entry
Strong foundation for anyone eyeing CA/finance career paths
Transparent shot at conversion to a full-time Accountant role if it goes well
