Location: Gurgaon, Sector 58 (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3.0 LPA

We are looking for Customer Support Executives who are genuinely passionate about customer support and enjoy interacting with customers, solving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and dispatch status
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide prompt and accurate updates to customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions and support activities
- Assist in day-to-day customer support operations




- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

✅ What We're Looking For:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
- Candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in Customer Support should only apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work from our Gurgaon (Sector 58) office
