Job Requirements

7 to 11 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX implementation, enhancement, or support projects.

Robust understanding of:

- Contract Management
- Lease-In / Lease-Out Processes
- Occupancy Cost Management
- Rent Calculations
- Property & Asset Management

1. Experience in configuring:

- Business Entities
- Buildings
- Rental Objects
- Lease Contracts
- Service Charge Settlements

Strong knowledge of IFRS16/ASC842 lease accounting processes.

Experience integrating SAP RE-FX with:

- SAP FI/CO
- Asset Accounting
- MM
- Project Systems (PS)

Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Gather and analyze business requirements related to real estate and lease management.
- Configure SAP RE-FX solutions as per business requirements.
- Perform lease contract setup, rent calculations, and accounting configuration.
- Integrate RE-FX processes with Finance and other SAP modules.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams.
- Execute SIT, UAT, and support data migration activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
