Responsibilities
- Assist and guide customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Work towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Requirements
- Basic communication skills.
- Basic spoken English and good Hindi.
- Friendly, confident and presentable personality.
- Valuable with customers and customer follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphones.
- Sales or jewellery experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.
