persuasive, empathetic, and professional Sales Closer , trained to close deals using a unique probing and introspection method utilized by top psychologists. You will connect with potential clients through

video

calls, guiding them through their

life-changing journey

of body transformation using our unique solution.

Responsibilities

Connect with inbound leads through video calls and guide them on their journey to body transformation. Maintain a full-time schedule of 30-40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday). Be available to communicate via Slack, from 10:00 am-7 pm IST. Complete 100 calls per month

by opening your calendar accordingly. Stay proactive by keeping up with your numbers and CRM activities. Lead prospects to the best decision, even if it challenges their comfort zone. Build rapport and trust

with every client,



enrolling only those who are a great fit. Constantly improve your skills and stay hungry for success!

Qualifications Proven experience as a sales closer

or similar role in a target-driven sales environment (minimum 1 year). Exceptional verbal communication skills

- You’ll be conducting persuasive and effective video calls. Strong

empathy

and

active listening

abilities to understand client needs. Work ethic and motivation

to succeed in a remote environment. Strong negotiation skills

and the ability to guide clients toward life-changing decisions. CRM experience

preferred.

Compensation Base Salary:

Rs 20,000 Incentives

(Starting from the 5th sale): 8% commission on 5-8th sale:

₹12,800 (₹40,000 per sale) 9% commission on 15 sales:

₹48,400 10% commission on 20 sales:

₹64,000 12.5% commission on 30 sales:

₹1,30,000

P.S. : Our Business Development Executives earn

₹35,000 - ₹75,000/month
