Job Description:

We are looking for a professional with strong experience in

Business Strategies & Analytics

to support data-driven business decisions across Sales, Product, Risk, Broking and Operations

Role & Responsibilities:

Drive

business, financial and investment analytics

for the Management & Directors Office, covering business performance, profitability, AUM, revenue and key KPIs. Develop

financial models, MIS, dashboards and management reports

to support strategic and investment decisions. Analyze

investment portfolios

and

family office assets , providing insights on asset allocation, performance, risk, liquidity and investment opportunities. Track business funnels, client activity and product performance to identify

growth, cross-sell, retention and wealth creation opportunities . Evaluate

campaigns, pricing, products and investment initiatives

through ROI, profitability and impact analysis. Work closely with

Sales, Broking, Product, Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology

teams to translate data into actionable business insights. Provide analytical and financial support for





corporate finance, structured/project finance and strategic transactions , along with management and regulatory reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualified CA

with 10 to 12+ years of experience in Business Strategy & Analytics, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Broking or Financial Services. The role will be part of the

Management & Directors Office , working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business performance and data-driven decision-making. Robust expertise in

financial analysis, business KPIs, MIS, business analytics and strategic planning , with excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Advanced proficiency in

Excel/Google Sheets

and hands-on experience with

Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools . Working knowledge of

Python/R and basic statistical analysis

for data interpretation and business insights. Prior experience in

Financial Services/Broking

will be preferred.
